Recently refurbished rooms are furnished with wooden floors and pine furniture. They all include Respa mattresses, hair dryers, video players and tea/coffee making facilities.

Avoca is next to Griffith Park and just a 2-minute walk to the Botanic Gardens. Temple Bar and Dublin castle are just 15 minutes away whilst Crook Park is also nearby.

Dublin City Airport is 4 miles and Heuston Train Station is 2 miles away. Free public parking is available at Avoca House.
